We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. All data you generate using DiceVault (dice rolls, characters, encounters, etc.) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage/IndexedDB.

  • No form submissions to our servers

Local Storage

Your browser stores the following data locally on your device:

  • Dice roll history
  • Generated characters
  • Saved encounters
  • Loot tables
  • NPCs
  • Generated names
  • Wild magic surge history
  • Critical hit/fumble effects

This data remains on your device and is never sent to our servers. You can clear this data at any time using the "Clear History" buttons in each tool or by clearing your browser's local storage.

Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics (Ahrefs Web Analytics) to understand how our site is used. This analytics service:

  • Does not use cookies
  • Does not track individuals across websites
  • Collects only aggregate, anonymous usage data (page views, referrers)
